The best hidden hot-spring for lovers to visit
Tsurunoyu Onsen is one of eight hot-spring baths that belong to Nyutou Onsenkyo which is located near the foot of Nyutou san.
The name “Tsuru no Yu” comes from the local hunter Kansuke, who found a wounded crane healing its wounds in the hot water while hunting.(Tsuru means crane)
Tsurunoyu Onsen is one of the oldest hot spring resorts of Nyutou Onsenkyo. Tsuru no Yu has a very long history, with records dating back to 1638.
Milky white water is the image of Nyuto Onsenkyo, but in fact, not all of the hot springs are milky white. In fact, not all hot springs are milky white, but this Tsuru no Yu is the best in terms of milky white.
The waterwheel and other features make it a perfect photo spot with a nostalgic atmosphere.
